“DYNAMITE” offers the rare two-stateroom, two head layout with galley and dinette down. This preferred design gives the main salon area a very large and open feel. Hatteras had great success with the CPYM models providing owners a larger aft master stateroom and two bowl sink head along with a companionway washer/dryer. Both staterooms are outfitted with walk-around queen berths, entertainment systems, abundant storage. Private access found in both heads each with tall stall showers. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided in the salon as well as the convertible dinette if needed. The forward head doubles as the accessible day-head with egress through the salon and from the forward companionway. This "classic Hatteras" layout parties well for 15 will feed and water 8-10 and sleeps 4 perfectly well.

Accommodations
Very well thought out Hatteras space planning, and in the master stateroom (aft). Upon entering the “island style” queen birth is found on the bias to port. This asymmetrical design is a walk around berth with generous storage beneath. Also to port a large cedar-lined walk-in closet.
The master private ensuite head to starboard features a two bowl sink with upgraded custom faucets. A generous tall walk in shower completting this very practical usable accommodation. Additional features include a custom built-in settee, Flat-screen TV, mirrored retractable vanity, and a tremendous amount of drawer storage. This layout also provides room for the washer and dryer just forward of the master.
The VIP stateroom (forward), has guests on a centerline queen berth, private access to the guest head, flat-screen TV, and abundant drawer and locker storage.
“Galley Down” for meal prep, the upgraded Quartz countertops feature custom faucet detail that makes this a chefs dream. Registered to port abundant storage, upgraded appliances, and intimate proximity to the custom U-shaped dinette to starboard. The spacious atrium style feel felt here, is inherently Hatteras. You’ll want to sit here and enjoy your breakfast.
Up three steps is the salon which features an oversize storage lined sofa and coffee table to port, custom mid-century, modern accent chair to starboard forward, additional features include large flat-screen TV and entertainment center to starboard aft. Remarkable natural lighting is provided by the forward windshield and large windows to port and starboard.
Aft Deck, Cockpit, and Flybridge
The Hatteras 52' CPMY is a well designed user-friendly layout making handling the boat comfortable with just two people. The aft cockpit enables ease of line handling comfortable egress on and off the vessel. The swim platform with transom door become the recreation center. The walk around decks also enhance ease of line handling, and in addition make for ideal layout to entertain.
Stepping onboard, up three steps from the aft deck your on the flybridge. The flybridge is protected by a full beam bimini top and outfitted for a 4-sided enclosure ( not updated) . The helm is centerline and forward, with a pair pedestal armchairs, captain and companion. Strong design detail here is the 360 degrees of visibility while operating the vessel from the flybridge. Custom canvas covers the entire helm and pedestal chairs when not in use. Just aft of the helm, on the bridge to port is a comfortable L-shaped seat with storage, an additional second matching bench-style seat found to starboard. This area is a favorite spot to take in all the sites underway while supporting the Captain.
Entering from the waterline, Swim platform, access to the cockpit is simple through the solid transom door. The aft cockpit with rod holders is large enough for fishing, diving, or lounging. Deploy kayak or SUP comfortably from here. Up two steps and through a half-door is the spacious aft deck with wet bar with freezer storage along with and updated seating. The spacious aft deck with its wing doors, and side windows panels. is a coveted design. Up two steps to the flybridge, access down into the main cabin, and access to the side decks on both sides of the house. The area is protected by a hard top and a hard enclosure on both sides (with sliding windows). Aft is open and can be fitted with isinglass to complete the enclosure.
